These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bonafidio service operated by Bonafidio Corporation ("Bonafidio," "we," "us"). By accessing our website, submitting a review, or receiving messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
Program name: Bonafidio Post-Purchase Reviews.
Program description: After you place an order with one of our partner Shopify brands, Bonafidio may send you SMS or email messages inviting you to share a short video review of your purchase in exchange for a thank-you discount code.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the service. You agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully or fraudulently; (b) submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (c) submit hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the service (including malware, scraping, or probing); or (e) attempt to circumvent technical limits.
When you submit a video review or other content, you grant Bonafidio and the partner brand whose store you ordered from a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, edit for length and quality, display, and distribute that content for marketing and operational purposes related to the brand. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that any individuals appearing in it have consented.
Thank-you reward codes are issued by the partner brand whose store you ordered from and are subject to that brand's terms (validity period, minimum order value, exclusions). Codes are typically single-use and non-transferable.
The Bonafidio service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Bonafidio and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
For brand customers paying for a Bonafidio subscription, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all such orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bonafidio's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bonafidio harmless from claims arising out of your submitted content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
