30-day money-back guarantee

Bonafidio offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with your Bonafidio subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, please:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@bonafid.io with your order number and we will help process the refund with Paddle.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
