Program description

Bonafidio (operated by Bonafidio Corporation) provides a post-purchase video review platform for ecommerce brands. When you purchase from a brand that uses Bonafidio and provide your mobile number at checkout, you may receive SMS messages from that brand inviting you to share a short video review of your order, along with a link to do so. The messages are sent on the brand's behalf using Bonafidio's infrastructure.

Consent

By providing your mobile number to a Bonafidio-enabled brand at checkout (or by otherwise opting in), you agree to receive transactional and promotional SMS messages from that brand related to your order and review request. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will typically receive one to three messages per order: an initial review invitation and up to two reminders. You will not be enrolled into ongoing marketing lists by Bonafidio.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Bonafidio and the sending brand do not charge you for the messages, but standard rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Opt-out (STOP)

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further SMS messages from that brand through Bonafidio. To resubscribe, reply START.

Help (HELP)

For help, reply HELP to any message, or email support@bonafid.io. We typically reply within one business day.

Supported carriers

Bonafidio supports all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in status) is used solely to deliver the review request messages described above. We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer mobile opt-in data or consent to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
